Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of MusiQuest.

2. Requirements

• No account for players; for the host a Spotify account is optional (with Premium the songs play in full)
• An active internet connection
• An up-to-date browser

3. Use

The application is intended for private, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires the operator’s written consent.

4. Player names

Choose a name that does not insult anyone and does not infringe the rights of others. The host can close rooms at any time.

5. Spotify

The music is played in an embedded Spotify player; Spotify’s terms of use apply. Spotify, not MusiQuest, is responsible for the availability and content of the songs. MusiQuest is not a Spotify service.

6. Liability

Use is at your own risk. The operator is liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

The operator may change these terms. The version published on this page at the time applies.
